Purpose

IronForge Industrial Coating & Blasting ("IronForge") operates in public, industrial, and infrastructural environments where accuracy, privacy, security, and accountability are vital. 

In order to guarantee that information is transmitted via permitted, controlled, and professional channels in compliance with industry and public-sector standards, this Communications Policy establishes the regulations regulating all external communications issued on behalf of IronForge.

IronForge handles external communications solely via recognized and verified means, including:

  • Direct email interaction from approved IronForge email addresses

  • Formal documents such as RFQs, proposals, reports, and contractual communication

  • Client approved platforms if contractually needed

Any communication not issued through these channels is not considered authorized.

Due to the nature of IronForge’s work, external contact must remain:

  • Documented and traceable

  • Consistent with safety, compliance, and secrecy requirements

  • Free from informal, speculative, or promotional remark

IronForge does not do business via informal or uncontrolled communication methods.

Social Media and Public Platforms

IronForge's communications and business model does not rely on public social media platforms.
This Communications Policy and IronForge's Social Media Policy, which defines the company's position on the non use of public social platforms and unlawful representations, regulate all official communications.

Media, Public Statements, and Third-Party Enquiries

All media inquiries, public information enquiries, or third party interactions must be addressed via IronForge established contact channels.

No employee, subcontractor, or representative is permitted to:

  • Provide public statements

  • Engage with media

  • Disclose project related information

without explicit written authorization from IronForge management.

Representation and Conduct

Individuals associated with IronForge must not:

  • Represent yourselves as official spokespersons without authority

  • Disclose client, project, or site information publicly

  • Publish information that may fairly be taken as an official IronForge viewpoint

Personal views must not be portrayed as comments on behalf of IronForge.

Impersonation and Misrepresentation

Any message, account, or information purporting to represent IronForge that is not delivered via official IronForge channels shall be viewed as unapproved.
IronForge does not solicit business, seek payments, or gather sensitive information via informal or third party venues.

Compliance and Enforcement

Failure to comply with this policy may result in:

  • Revocation of authority to represent IronForge

  • Termination of engagement or employment

  • Contractual or legal remedies when relevant

IronForge maintains the right to take necessary measures to safeguard its reputation, customers, and operational integrity.
